What if I need my order by a certain date?
We offer First Class (2-5 business days) and Priority (1-3 business days) shipping for all domestic orders. If you require your order to have a quicker shipping time thru USPS you can purchase Priority Mail shipping, but this will not decrease our processing time. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before you place you order. We can usually arrange our processing to ensure delivery by the time you need it. I placed an order but I need to make a change. What should I do?
Need to make a change? No worries. Send an email to email@example.com or DM on Instagram @fintasticconfiguration. Be sure to reference your order number. So long as we haven't begun processing your order, minor changes can usually be made haste free and at no additional cost.
Free Shipping Guarantee:
The free shipping guarantee for orders $35 or more applies only to domestic orders. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via first class mail. If you need your order sooner, send us an email or a message before your purchase and we can arrange adding priority mail shipping to your order, however, priority mail shipping does not apply under our free shipping guarantee.
Some items sell out faster than others. Please order your items in advance to ensure it does not sell out when you need it.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
